Success Fee Agreement

For Premium End-to-End customers, a success fee becomes payable only when a transaction is successfully completed, subject to this agreement. Indicative tiers: Below ₹5 Crore — 9%; ₹5 Crore to ₹10 Crore — 5%; Above ₹10 Crore — 3%. The applicable percentage is based on the completed transaction value. Percentages may be updated by the platform for new agreements.
